this time round, these are the post available in the committee

President
Organises the choir and the choir committee
Organise sectionals (on fridays)
To know and fill in every other job in the committee
Works with committee to head plan activities
Report the progress of the choir to teachers

Vice-president(S)
To help the President in everything listed above
To work closely with president and committee members
Split job between two VPs
Act in place of president if he/she is not around.
Assist secretary/treasurer

Logistics
Get keys
Handle choir scores
Make sure piano/keyboard.conductor stand is always available.
Handle choir costumes,

Secretary/treasurer
Write minutes at choir committee meetings
Take attendance
Collect Choir funds and other monetary matters
To act as person in charge if President and Vice President not around
Handles all choir documents (Archive). Eg: Choir contact list
Post information on choir blog.

Student conductor. (new post)
Act as a conductor in the absence of Miss Grace
Put all three parts together
Work with the choir and miss grace closely
Report progress of choir to the president
Act as a bridge between Sectional leaders and Committee.

There are 6 posts available this time instead of the 4. This is because the committee feedback to the teachers and realise there are things that are lacking in the choir.

Sectional leaders will be chosen by miss grace.

TO ALL SEC4s: your presence is required during the camp as you wil be going with choir to indonesia. Therefore, you HAVE to be there for all the choir practices unless you have valid reasons.

To ALL MEMBERS: If you have not gotten the consent forms, please do come to school to get them on TUESDAY from the general office. those without consent forms, it would be very troublesome. Any other camp things will be posted here by VP amandayeong.

Current committee wishes all the best to the next committee. The appointment will be during the choir camp, where a proper handover will take place.
